Set days per area
Each suburb has a fixed run day — usually one or two times a week. We'll tell you yours when you check your postcode.
Cold-chain transport
All meals — Meals on Wheels and Ready-Made — travel in temperature-controlled bags. Internal temperature monitored at dispatch and on the doorstep.
Safe-drop the norm for MOW
Most Meals on Wheels customers nominate a safe-drop spot (esky on the porch, neighbour's fridge, back-door step). Cold-chain holds easily for the day.
Catering is different
Event catering is delivered to the venue at the time you've booked, with chefs and staff on-site to set up. Quoted as part of your event.
Outside our radius?
Pickup from the kitchen
Always available. Pre-order online or by phone, collect from our Stanthorpe kitchen — works for ready-made meals, desserts, coffee beans and cordials.
Travelling further for an event?
We've catered weddings and events well beyond our standard delivery zone. If you're outside the radius, ask anyway — we'll quote travel honestly.
Meals via local pickup partners
