Ready-Made Meals

Tuesday-night dinner. Done properly.

Slow-cooked stews, tray bakes, family lasagnes and proper Sunday roasts — pulled out of our freezer and onto your table in twelve minutes flat. Real ingredients, real portions, no fitness-meal vibes.

Real food. Real portions.

Why we make these meals

We started making ready-made meals for the same reason you're buying them. Everyone's tired by Tuesday. Nobody wants chicken and rice from a fitness brand. The kids want something they recognise. You want something you'd be happy serving if your mother-in-law dropped in.

So that's what we cook.

A look at the kitchen

Grilled prawns on mixed greens with capsicum and cucumber Glazed chicken thigh with sesame coleslaw and spring onion Four steamed wontons in broth with spring onion and crispy shallots Crispy spring rolls on a glass plate with sweet chilli dipping sauce

How it works

Order online, pickup or delivery, heat and eat.

Order online

Tap through the freezer, drop what you need in the cart, check out via Square. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay — pick your poison.

Pickup or delivery

Collect from the cafe, or have it delivered cold-chain to your suburb on our weekly run. Inside our 100km radius — Stanthorpe, Toowoomba, Warwick, Tenterfield and surrounds.

Heat and eat

Oven 25 minutes at 180°C. Microwave 8–12 minutes (single-serves) on high. Instructions printed on every label. Family meals come out exactly the way they went in.

Check your suburb or postcode

Type a 4-digit postcode or a suburb name. We'll tell you straight away whether you're on a run, what day it lands, and how far ahead to order.

Australian postcodes are 4 digits. Suburb names work too.

Real ingredients, honest portions

Comfort food that doesn't apologise for being comfort food.

Real ingredients

The kind that come from a butcher and a vegie grower, not a flavour packet. Beef from the Granite Belt where we can. Veg from the markets we shop at every week.

Honest portions

A family pie says "serves 4–6" because it actually does. We're not weighing your dinner in grams — we're feeding your household.

Real flavour

Salt where it belongs. Cheese on top. Crackling on the pork. Comfort food that doesn't apologise for being comfort food.

A few common questions

How long do they keep frozen?

Three months at minus-18°C. Most don't last the fortnight in our customers' freezers, but the date's printed on every tray.

Are they suitable for kids?

Yep. Most of our family meals are exactly what fussy eaters will eat — lasagne, shepherd's pie, butter chicken, mac & cheese. No surprises.

Can I order ready-made for an elderly parent?

You can — but check our Meals on Wheels service first. It's built specifically for older adults: smaller portions, soft-food options and cold-chain hot delivery.
